Hi! I’m Sammy. I’ve spent years navigating my own mental health while also trying to support my kids through some really big emotions. There were times I felt completely helpless—unsure how to help myself or them.

Through years of therapy, coaching, research, and a lot of trial and error, I’ve found tools that truly make a difference in those hard moments. My mission is to share those tools with other moms who may be walking a similar path—so they don’t have to feel so alone.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that creating with my hands became its own kind of therapy. So I’ve woven that into this space too.
